The photographer is in the wardroom between 50 and 56 stations on the port side of 1 deck looking forward showing easy chairs and coffee tables in the foreground. The table and sixteen chairs are set athwartships in the background. A sideboard and bookcase are against the inboard bulkhead. A framed photographic portrait of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II by Dorothy Wilding dated 1954 is against the forward bulkhead with a similar sized photograph of Prince Philip next to it. Two other framed but unidentified prints are against the forward bulkhead.
