The photographer is in the main passageway between 55 and 64 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking aft from 55½ station showing, on the left, doors to the transmitter room, the combined technical office and the engineer's and ordnance workshop. On the right are a Pyrene foam generator, a hose nozzle, drums of chemical foam liquid, a cable hanger, a transformer, contactor and starter panels, a fuse panel, an air filtration unit and doors to the primary steering position and the gas turbine uptakes. The watertight door at 64 station is closed but not fully clipped.
