The photographer is in the engineer's cabin between 51 and 53 stations on the starboard side of 1 deck looking to starboard showing the bed-settee with drawers under and cupboards at high level. The scuttle is open. Against the forward bulkhead is a two pedestal desk with bookshelf above and against the aft bulkhead is a full height chest of drawers. A typed caption on the back of a photographic print from this negative in album ALB1579 states that this is a "Class II Cabin". A vertical format negative.
