The photographer is in the enclosed bridge between 40 and 43½ stations on 01 deck looking aft from 41 station on the centreline showing the chart table with a Decca Navigator unit on it and a visual display unit alongside it. A clock reading 09.01, a fleet formation board, an inclinometer and a cupboard with a telephone above it are against the aft bulkhead. The captain's high chair is on the left.
