The photographer is in No. 1 amplifier compartment between 37 and 41½ stations on the starboard side of 1 deck looking forward and to port into the starboard forward corner from the starboard side showing a wooden desk two fuse panels above it against the forward bulkhead. The fuse panel on the extreme right is marked "No. 3 gun direction" and the other is for the 440 volts supplies for operations room services. Both panels are manufactured by Aish & Co of Bournemouth. Next to the desk are two power units with a resistance box above. A vertical format negative.
