The photographer is in the operations room between 42 and 45½ stations on 1 deck looking aft and to port from 43½ station showing the J.W. display L.A.P. in the right foreground. Against the port bulkhead are the Opgen B board, the electronic warfare stateboard, a Powquip teleprinter and a visual display unit. Under the deckhead are a number of communications units. Resistance boxes, junction boxes and a relay unit are against the aft bulkhead. Two hinged wooden cases are propped up on the deck.
