The photographer is in the ship's office between 54½ and 56 stations on the starboard side of 1 deck looking aft and to starboard showing an angled desk with two two-drawer filing cabinets under it. An Olivetti 82 typewriter, carbon paper, an in tray and a bottle of correcting fluid are on the desk. A 1974 calendar, correspondence record cards, parcel tape and ship's company record cards are on a shelf at the back of the desk. Cupboards, a bookshelf and a documents shelf are against the ship's side and the aft bulkhead. A Mark IV combination safe is fitted to the side of a large safe on the left.
