On board the Type 81 general purpose frigate Eskimo (1961) in No. 3 basin in Chatham Dockyard during her 1971-1974 modernisation. The photographer is in the electronics maintenance room between 34 and 38½ stations on the port side of 2 deck looking aft and to port showing a bench against the ship's side with drawers under and with plug sockets, a connection panel, a test unit and cupboards above it. Four Aish suppressors are against the aft bulkhead above the bench. A vertical format negative.
