On board the Type 81 general purpose frigate Eskimo (1961) in No. 3 basin in Chatham Dockyard during her 1971-1974 modernisation. The photographer is in the electronics maintenance room between 34 and 38½ stations on the port side of 2 deck looking forward and slightly to port showing a bench against the ship's side with drawers under and with plug sockets and cupboards above it. A combination safe, a communications loudspeaker, a broadcast loudspeaker, fuse panels, a bookshelf and a cupboard are against the forward bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
