On board the Type 81 general purpose frigate Eskimo (1961) in No. 3 basin in Chatham Dockyard during her 1971-1974 modernisation. The photographer is in the sickbay bathroom between 42½ and 44 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking aft showing a sink unit and above it is a shelf containing an insecticide DDT and pyrethrum dispensor aerosol. Next to the sink unit is a bed pan washer with a urinating bottle in a basket above it. In the corner is a toilet with an horseshoe seat and a squeegee mop and plastic bucket. A vertical format negative.
