The dwarf bulkhead protecting the cook's tub working position is on the right and a man is working on the mincing and mixing machine next to it. Against the forward bulkhead is a stainless steel dresser with cupboards and cereal bins under it and shelves above it. An automatic emergency lantern is fixed to the side of the cleaning gear locker. A wash hand basin and Hi-Dri roll towels machine are on the left.
