The photographer is in the C.P.Os and P.Os' dining hall between 49 and 54¾ stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking aft and to port from 52 station showing a table and chairs set fore and aft and another set athwartships in the foreground. Against the port bulkhead are a plate dispenser, cupboards, drawers, a cold sweet counter, two electric toasters and a Jackson hot water cylinder. An automatic emergency lantern is next to the door. Christmas decorations are under the deckhead.
