The canteen shutter is open and the photographer is looking forward and to port from the passageway showing the range of products on the counter, including Mars' Maltesers, Mackintosh's Mintola, Wrigley's Spearmint, Macdonald's Penguin biscuits, Jacob's Club Orange biscuits ginger cake and filled crusty rolls. The shelves and cabinets are well stocked with boxes, packets and tins of edible, medical, dental and stationary supplies.
