The photographer is in the cross passage between 67 and 69 stations on the centreline of 2 deck looking aft and to starboard showing the door to the C.P.O's mess in the aft bulkhead. Against the aft bulkhead are a fuse panel, a stretched cabinet, two air filtration units, a telephone and two starter panels. A cable hanger and an emergency connection box are against the starboard bulkhead. A water cooler is on the left and in the left foreground in the guard chain round the hatch leading down to 3 deck.
