The photographer is in the passageway between 50 and 57 stations on the port side of 2 deck looking forward and to port from 57 station showing the open airtight door leading down to the boiler room. On the right is the junior rate's dining hall and a Royal Marine and a radio electrical mechanic are in the hall. A vertical format negative.
