The Type 12 frigate Rhyl (1959) in Admiralty Floating Dock No. 58 (1957) in No. 5 Basin in Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth. The ship was in the floating dock from 12 February to 21 December 1970. The photographer is on the floor of the dock looking to port and slightly forward showing the starboard rudder. The port propeller is not fitted.
