The Type 12 frigate Rhyl (1959) in Admiralty Floating Dock No. 58 (1957) in No. 5 Basin in Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth, Devonshire. The ship was in the dock from 12 February to 21 December 1970. The photographer is on the floor of the dock looking up into the port main circulating discharge between 54 and 55 stations. Two C-sentries are fitted in the opening and a man is holding a name and scale stick up into the opening.
