The Type 12 frigate Rhyl (1959) in Admiralty Floating Dock No. 58 (1957) in No. 5 Basin in Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth, Devonshire. The ship was in the dock from 12 February to 21 December 1970. The photographer is on the floor of the dock looking forward, to starboard and up at the aft end of the port bilge keel showing ten C-sentry anodes fitted to the keel. A man is holding a name and scale stick against the bilge keel.
