On board the County class guided missile destroyer Hampshire (1961) in the fitting out basin of John Brown & Co Ltd at Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire. The photographer is in the wardroom galley between 81 and 84 stations on the starboard side of 1 deck looking to starboard. The cooking range is against the forward bulkhead and the range control panel is against the screen bulkhead. In the forward corner is the waste disposal machine. Against the aft bulkhead are the sink unit, work top, storage cupboards, drawers and shelves and a Selyac mixing machine. The same image as negative number N18022.
