On board the County class guided missile destroyer Hampshire (1961) in the fitting out basin of John Brown & Co Ltd at Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire. The photographer is in the ship's office between 86 and 92 stations on the starboard side of 1 deck looking aft and to port showing desks, two four drawer filing cabinets, two pigeon hole racks and an automatic emergency lantern.
