On board the County class guided missile destroyer Hampshire (1961) in the fitting out basin of John Brown & Co Ltd at Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire. The photographer is in the fresh water pump space between 167 and 173 stations on the centreline of 4 deck looking forward showing various valves against the forward bulkhead. The electric motor and pump and the pump starter panel are in the forward port corner. Steel caged racking is on either side of the centreline. The same image as negative number N38745.
