The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the command platform between 52 and 56 stations on 03 deck looking aft and to port showing the captain's high chair on the extreme right. A plotting table is against the aft screen with an interphone circuit control unit below it and a depth recorder to the right of it. Above the table are an aneroid barometer, a clock and an amplifier.
