The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in K switchboard between 103½ and 109 stations on the centreline of 01 deck showing an A.E.I. (Associated Electrical Industries Ltd) generator in the foreground. A Burgess acousti booth and a pressure control unit are against the far bulkhead. A fire detection panel, a fuse panel and a large air bottle are against the bulkhead on the right.
