A close view of the port side of the stern of the Royal Navy aircraft carrier Glorious (1916) alongside a wharf in Alexandria harbour, Egypt. A number of the crew, including many that are in tropical kit, are on the flight deck and the quarterdeck. The Glorious was at Alexandria on the following dates: 5 September to 21 December 1935, 3 January to 25 April 1936 and 4 May to 23 July 1936. Negatives numbers P83762 to P83765 inclusive were taken on the same occasion.
