An accommodation ladder is rigged at a shell door forward and wind scoops are in use in many of the cabin ports. There are piles of steel pipes on the quayside and in a lighter alongside. Many motor cars are parked on the quay. Oil tanks are in the background and one of them has the letters CPIN painted on it. The negative is very slightly out of focus.
