The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the wardroom galley between 81 and 84 stations on the starboard side of 1 deck looking to starboard from the doorway. The galley range is against the forward bulkhead. The preparation worktop is on the right and an electric food mixer is on the stainless steel worktop. Two sinks are at the starboard end of the worktop and a garbage disposal unit is against the ship's side. Trays of eggs and a tin of Bisto are on the shelves above the worktop.
