The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the sick bay dispensary between 104½ and 106 stations on the port side of 1 deck looking aft from the open doorway showing poisons cupboard No. 1 and a refrigerator with a mortar and pestle on it on the right. A sink unit, water tank, film locker, X-ray viewer and poisons cupboard No. 2 are against the aft bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
