The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the lobby between 123½ and 126 stations on the starboard side of 1 deck looking to port and slightly forward. Four fuse panels, a fire bucket, a fire extinguisher, two fire hose baskets, an emergency first aid box and a tannoy speaker are against the forward bulkhead. The door to the GWS21 Seacat power room and local maintenance annexe is in the port forward corner. A double steel cupboard is against the port bulkhead. An open hatch leads down to 2 deck and stairs lead up to 01 deck. A transformer, an automatic emergency lantern and various panels are against the aft bulkhead.
