The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the passage between 123½ and 144 stations on the port side of 1 deck looking aft. The door to the pantry is on the left and an automatic emergency lantern, a fire main and a fire extinguisher are next to it. The servery counter and roller shutters and a tea making facility are also on the left. The double doors to the crew's dining hall are closed.
