The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the operations/air direction/weapons direction room between 58 and 67 stations on 2 deck looking to port from the starboard side at 60 station showing a row of four angled visual display and communications units, a control panel and a vertical visual display and communications unit in the centre. Three radar consoles are on the right. A clock reading 12.58 and fleet disposition and radar jamming boards are against the aft bulkhead. Plaques under the deckhead read 'Track Correlator', 'A.P.O.', 'C.A.T.', 'D.O./F.A.A.W.C.', 'I.O./D.O. Assistant', 'I.O./D.O.' and 'L.R.W. Operator'. Two Admiralty Research Laboratory plotting tables and two visual display units are against the port bulkhead.
