The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the passage between 58 and 71 stations on the port side of 2 deck looking aft. The sliding door to the operations/air defence/weapons direction room and the door to the communication centre are on the left. Against the ship's side are four canvas covered hose and cable stowage brackets, a fire hose basket and an emergency change over switch and connection box.
