The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the passage between 127 and 148 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking aft showing the sliding door to M1 breaker room on the right. Two large canvas covered cable stowage brackets, a fire main, a fire extinguisher and three fire hose baskets are against the ship's side. A vertical format negative.
