The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the lobby between 173 and 178 stations on the port side of 3 deck looking aft showing a canvas covered cable stowage bracket against the inboard bulkhead next to the door to the Seaslug missile launcher electrical gear compartment.
