The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the engineer officer's cabin between 30 and 32 stations on the starboard side of 1 deck looking to port showing a desk and electric fire on the left and a wardrobe on the right. On the desk are files, including one titled 'HMS Plymouth Engine Room Dept. Orders'. A vertical format negative.
