The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the lobby between 62½ and 68 stations on the port side of 3 deck looking forward showing timber shores and acrow props stowed against the side bulkheads. The door to the mortar metadyne room is on the right and the watertight door to the mortar projectile room is on the left. A vertical format negative.
