The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the avcat pump space between 57 and 59 stations on the centreline of 4 deck looking to starboard showing the motor, manufactured by W H Allen Sons & Co Ltd of Bedford, and the pump, manufactured by Drysdale & Co Ltd of Yoker, on the deck close to the starboard bulkhead. A telephone is against the starboard bulkhead and a cable stowage bracket is against the forward bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
