The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the transmitting station annexe between 28¼ and 31 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking aft and to starboard showing an MRS 3, Mod 3 power distribution board manufactured by Aish & Co Ltd of Poole. A double door unit with five circular gauges at the top is on the left.
