The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the naval store office between 66 and 68 stations on the starboard side of 3 deck looking aft and to starboard showing a key cabinet against the ship's side. In the aft end of the officeare filing card cabinets, a covered typewriter, a notice board and a copy of B.R. 2014 (Mods) "Handbook for Q.F. 4.5 inch Mark 5 gun on R.P. 41 twin Marks 6. 6· and 6·Mod 1 mountings modifications". A large ventilation trunking dominates this end of the office.
