The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is looking down and aft from the starboard side of the bridge roof showing the bridge wing between 30½ and 34 stations on the starboard side of 01 deck. A telephone handset, an hand grenade locker, three microphones, two loudspeakers, an azimuth repeater and a ten inch signalling projector are against the bridge screen and two covered liferafts are outboard.
