The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay. The photographer is in the electronics maintenance room between 39 and 42 stations on the centreline of 1 deck looking into the starboard aft corner showing two dimmer units, four fuse panels, one of which has the front cover open, and a multi-voltage connection box with test leads. On a bench with drawers under are a spherical radio active source, a case for a generator signal C.T. 420, a wooden case with a hinged lid, other wood and cardboard boxes and a portable speaker.
