The photographer is in the main motor room between 92 and 103 stations on the main flat looking forward and to port from 100 station showing a bench with transductors and drawers under it. Above it are a connecting box for the portable handlamp charging panel, junction boxes, a telephone handset and a motor generator communication transformer. At the back of the bench close to the boat's side is a Smiths 15KVA 60 C/S DC/AC motor generator.
