A distant starboard broadside view of the Swedish cruise ship Kungsholm (1928) at anchor in Eidfjord. Norway. She is in all-white livery and her port anchor is deployed. Three of the ship's starboard lifeboats, Numbers 1, 5 and 11, are out of their falls. She has an accommodation ladder rigged to her forward shell doors but it is not lowered. The photographer is on a shore excursionand trees and a stone wall are in the foreground. The negative is slightly out of focus.
