The photographer is in the main motor room between 92 and 103 stations on the main flat looking forward and to port from 96 station showing the low power control panel and switchboard manufactured by J I Thornycroft & Co at Woolston in 1954. Above it are a shunt regulator for low power motor generator No. 2, two low power motor generator starter panels and a shunt regulator for low power motor generator No. 1. Next to the bulkhead at 92 station is the main generator circuit breaker. A vertical format negative.
