A starboard near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the Cunard Line cruise ship Laconia (1922) anchored at an unknown location. She is in standard livery of black hull with white upperworks, her port anchor is deployed and she has an accommodation ladder rigged at a shell door amidships. Lifeboat number 1 has been launched and number 17 is swung out and suspended from her falls.
