The photographer is in the control room between 58 and 69 stations on the main flat looking aft and to starboard from 60 station showing the torpedo guidance control unit on the extreme left. The Admiralty Research Laboratory plotting table Mark 14 manufactured by Laurence-Scott & Electromotors Ltd of Norwich has a periscope bearing unit, a 619H control unit, an 86M control unit , two D.P.G. 'O' compensating tank gauges and a pitometer log speed transmitter above it. The attack periscope is in the fully raised position and abaft it is the radar periscope well with the periscope also in the raised position. The curtains enclosing the aft control room passage are drawn back showing the open watertight door into the motor generator room.
