The photographer is in the auxiliary machinery compartment between 62 and 68 stations below the main flat looking aft and to port from the starboard side at 67 station showing a gyro compass master alternator, a gyro compass alternator starter, a gyro compass control and amplifier panel and a motor generator between the radar mast and ademar mast wells on the centreline. Against the aft bulkhead are gyro compass units including a meter unit, a change over switch, an auxiliary D.C. control panel, a 3-way fuse box, an alternative supply switch box and a master transmission unit.
