The photographer is in the sound room between 56¼ and 59¼ stations on the starboard side of the main flat looking to starboard and forward showing two asdic consoles and an electronics cabinet against the forward bulkhead. Against the forward bulkhead at high level are brackets for the Asdic type 185BB and asdic type 187AA headsets. Headset brackets for asdic types 719A and 185BB, an asdic intercom microphone, gyro compass circuit boxes for asdic types 719AA and 187AA, switch and distribution boxes for asdic ypes 187AA and 719AA and an A62B fuse panel are against the boat's side.
