The type 81 general purpose frigate HMS Zulu (1962) in No. 2 dry dock at Govan, Glasgow in December 1963 during the final stages of building. The photographer is on the floor of the dock to starboard of the keel blocks looking to port showing two small outlets in the lower hull just above the bilge keel. The outlets appear to be about three inches and two inches in diameter. A scale stick is above the outlets.
