The type 81 general purpose frigate HMS Zulu (1962) alongside the Alexander Stephen & Sons Ltd fitting out berth at Linthouse, Glasgow during the final stages of building prior to 16 April 1964. The photographer is in an unidentified space that may be the electronic warfare equipment room between 55 and 56 stations on the centreline of 01 deck before being fitted out. The only two items in the space are a steel double door locker and a wooden double door cupboard. A vertical format negative.
