The photographer is in the passageway between 32 and 41 stations on 2 deck looking forward and to port from 37 station showing the No. 1 damage control position with a full height locker on either side of a wire mesh fronted unit which has a fire hose on open shelves above it. The watertight door at 32 station is open. The door to the electronic maintenance room is on the left and the gear wheel to the hand winch above hull outfit 18 (sonar type 177) hatch is on the right.
